This is a lamp fixture I designed for ARCH448M, a model-making course. We began the semester by studying the façade of a building of our choice. I selected the Pitch House in Spain, designed by architect Iñaqui Carnicero. Inspired by that study, I created several iterations and models that incorporated elements from the building’s design. After multiple prototypes and explorations, I developed this final piece: a bedside lamp fixture, which is shown on this page. I really enjoy model making—especially the process of bringing an idea to life and seeing the final result.
